1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Clients may request a cancellation by sending an email to support@balatmedia.com with a valid reason.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the service start date to avoid any additional charges.
- If a service has already started, been executed, or completed, cancellation will not be possible.
1.2 Cancellation by Balat Media
We reserve the right to cancel a service under the following circumstances:
- The client fails to provide necessary information, approvals, or cooperation.
- The client’s business engages in unethical, illegal, or prohibited activities.
- Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
In such cases, the client will be notified, and services will be discontinued.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to Balat Media are non-refundable.
- Once a service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- If a client decides to discontinue the service before completion, they will not be eligible for a refund or any form of compensation.
- Any setup costs, ad spend, or third-party expenses incurred are non-refundable.
3. Modifications to Services
- Clients may request modifications to the services within the agreed terms. However, additional charges may apply for changes beyond the original scope of work.
- Requests for modifications must be submitted in writing via email to support@balatmedia.com.
